Industrial Developments

CleanABoat works closely with our industrial partners to develop protection systems for Industrial Devices such as Seawater inlets, Large Submersible Pump systems and many other Algae protection systems. Universal Digital Gear Shift Selector

As avid boaters we often come across real world problems that plague our boating fraternity! One such problem is a tight or faulty Gear Shift Cable, often taking a huge amount of pressure on the throttle controls to shift a vessel into gear and out of gear. This causes undue stress during those high concentration periods of docking in a tight pen and can often lead to a failure of the cable preventing the ability to change gear. We are in final prototype and accelerated testing of our universally installable Digital Gear Shift Selector. Our unit will attach to almost any vessel using the original helm controls! We remove the tension of the cable from your controls and your gears  are selected with ease.

Advanced Bottom Paint Protection

CleanABoat.com Advanced Marine Technologies are in active testing of our advanced Bottom Antifouling Paint Protection System. This is unlike existing Antifouling products available on the market. We expect testing to take some time and will update this area as results become available.

Lanolin Based Lubricant Aerosol

Our development team are close to completion of our very own Lanolin Based Lubricant Product to be available in aerosol and potentially trigger spray packaging. For those of you unfamiliar with Lanolin it is a product excreted from Wool bearing animals, predominately harvested from sheep. It has some extraordinary qualities that has cemented it’s existence in industry for many many years. Useful for rust protection, lubrication and more. More information coming soon for this product!

Targeted Stern Drive, Rudder, Shaft & Prop Ultrasonic Protection System

Soon to be available is a tailored Ultrasonic Antifouling system designed specifically to protect Rudders, Stern Drives (Legs), Shafts, Props and other running gear. The system utilizes a specially configured Ultrasonic unit designed for these devices and comes with multiple small transducers designed to be mounted to key points. One unit for each Stern Drive, One unit for each rudder shaft, etc. This direct Ultrasonic Signal resonates through the running gear it is attached to and enhances the Antifouling protection off the scale. No more growth on your stern drives, reduced maintenance, reduced costly bellow failures, improved performance from props and shafts with no growth.
