CleanABoat.com Provide a two year return to base Warranty from the date of the original purchase against construction defects and any fault to the module caused by it’s components failing. This 2 year warranty covers parts and labour in repairing any faulty module and returning it to you in working order. This Warranty does not cover travel or other related install/removal or troubleshooting expenses, nor does it cover any damage resulting from accident, negligence, unreasonable use or modifications. Nor does it cover and repairs or similar performed by any non authorised personnel. You must retain a copy of your original purchase invoice or receipt for proof of warranty date.

This is a RTB Warranty or “Return to Base” Warranty, not an effectiveness guarantee. All suspected failures or issues should be taken up with CleanABoat at the earliest convenience so troubleshooting can be performed and if an issue is confirmed and unable to be rectified remotely the unit will be posted back to CleanABoat Head Office in Australia for repair or replacement.

If we determine that the fault was caused by a manufacturer defect and the warranty term is valid the module will be either repaired and serviced or replaced with a brand new unit at no charge and delivered to your nominated address.

The warranty does not include the labour and material costs associated with all other services within the warranty period, or any freight charge for “return to base” support, which are chargeable to the customer.
